Had a decent breakfast and dinner, which was the usual Italian food. the location was very central, and we could walk to several shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and had a cozy feel to them.
During our Christmas stay, we had trouble getting twin beds instead of a double bed. the hotel staff couldn't solve this on the first night, which was surprising.

The food overall was tasty and satisfying, making each mealtime enjoyable. the hotel's location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities in the surrounding area. It was also located in a picturesque setting, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains adding to the overall ambiance. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Eventually, they were able to move us to another room, which solved the problem. while the initial mix-up was inconvenient, it was ultimately resolved, and the new room was in good condition.
